At Saveny Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Be unworn and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Do not send products directly to our warehouse without first receiving return authorization from Saveny Fashion. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@savenyfashion.com.
Please include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue so our customer service team can review your request.
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards

Sale Items
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, eligible sale items may be returned under the same conditions described in this Return & Refund Policy.
Items specifically marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or product, the fastest method is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us before shipping anything back so our team can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Do not return an item to our warehouse without prior authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If your refund is approved, it will automatically be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@savenyfashion.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once it has entered processing or has already been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy.
